Creating Compassion with Sarah Walters

This week we sit down with Sarah Walters with Good Life Counseling located here in Austin, TX. Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor who has been a practicing in the Austin area for almost 13 years. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin, and her Master’s in Counseling at St. Edward’s University. Sarah is a lifelong learner, which helps fuel her love for the counseling profession.Sarah believes that the most effective therapeutic relationship comes from a place of equality. She does not see herself as an expert on your life, but as a safe and supportive resource to help you work towards your personal goals for therapy. She prefers to come alongside you in your journey with her own expertise to help cultivate wholeness and health mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
