Balancing Life with Jacquelyn Ochoa

This week we have an incredible conversation with Jacquelyn from Flow Light Be. For years she dabbled with yoga while constantly dealing with hormonal imbalances. She shares her struggle with post partum depression and how she recognized she needed help. She says, “my body had enough, and it started to scream. I realized I needed to make a change.” Jacquelyn started with committing to 30 days. Story Time with Heather & Nikki

It's story time!This week we deviated a little from our normal recap. It has been a hectic few weeks over here and we are both a little all over the place.We briefly chatted about advocating for yourself but the majority of the episode was Heather's creeper story from Starbucks and being self aware. After a moment that scares you it is easy to say what you would do or what you should do. I think the important lesson from this episode is to be aware of your surroundings and have a plan in place. Our fun summer series starts July 1 and we cannot wait for the fun to begin.
